[Demagogues](https://doctorparadox.net/people-data/demagogues/) are politicians and other leaders who use [propaganda](https://doctorparadox.net/dictionaries/authoritarianism/propaganda/) and [[Big Lies]] to deceive the public into participating in a false reality, while they concentrate power for themselves in the actual reality.
